Optos OCT/SLO

Available from Optos

Anterior Segment Lens: high-resolution OCT imaging of cornea, iris & anterior chamber. Transitioning from posterior segment to anterior segement takes only seconds. Microperimetry: reproducible & accurate way to measure macular sensitivity around central fixation. With the SLO retinal tracking, the placement of the stimuli points is automated & repeatable at the same location on the retina between visits & allows mapping of the fixation location & stability during the test.

Type Of Laser - 830 nm
super luminescent diode

Field Of View - variable up to 30º

Area Of Retina Analyzed - fovea, retina,
inner/outer
retinal layers, RPE,
posterior pole, optic
nerve, RNFL; selected
areas of retina with
microperimetry

Printout Detail - Combined hi-res OCT B-Scan & confocal SLO images with exact location/orientation; combined topography thickness report with 6 high resolution radial B-Scan; “Auto-compare” report of multiple topography maps (progression/regression) including location of retinal thickness changes overlaid on fundus image.
